Shopping Sidequest ships physical products through third-party fulfillment partners. Depending on the item, orders may ship from outside the United States, and multiple items in one order may arrive separately.

Processing and transit times: Processing and delivery times vary based on supplier availability, destination, the shipping method selected, carrier service, and customs. Please review any delivery estimate provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation; these are estimates, not guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise. We will notify you of any known substantial delay and provide cancellation or refund options as required by law.

Tracking: If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send the tracking information after dispatch. International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or clearance fees not included in the checkout price unless clearly collected at checkout.
